Rickys Restaurant is looking for a skilled Production Chef with a passion for food to join our established kitchen team.

This role is focused on consistent, high-quality production for one iconic Noosa venue, working with a well-structured kitchen, quality ingredients, and a supportive leadership team.

About the role

• Production of food for a la carte service and functions.

• Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards

• Working to established recipes while contributing ideas when appropriate

• Strong focus on organisation, cleanliness, and food safety

• Primarily daytime production shifts (some flexibility required)

• Sunday off

About you

• Trade-qualified chef

• Proven experience in food production

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a production-style role for busy venues
