We are a manufacturing business based in Canning Vale, WA. We develop and manufacture machinery and aftermarket parts for the agricultural industry and have been in business for over 30 years. Our 2 brands are Maxipoint (aftermarket parts) and Eagle Seeding Bars (precision air seeding bars), with new products in development.

We are WA owned and operated, and we're market leaders in our industry with a solid reputation.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who is an excellent communicator and thrives on keeping a busy, multi-faceted operation on track. This role sits between our design, purchasing, production and customer service teams, and reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising between design/purchasing, the factory floor and management on order status, deliveries and storage.

• Tracking production jobs from raw material through welding, finishing and stock.

• Coordinating with our production staff on job status.

• Maintaining our production scheduling system.

• Following up on purchase orders and deliveries.

• Identifying and helping resolve communication gaps between teams.

• Building a genuine understanding of the business over time, becoming a trusted point of contact across departments.

Must have:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Comfortable working across different teams and personalities.

• Reliable and punctual.

• A proactive, can-do attitude - notices gaps and follows through without needing to be asked.

What we are looking for:

• Manufacturing, production coordination or logistics experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

• Willing to spend time developing an intimate understanding of all areas of the business, and build relationships with management and senior team members.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.

• Driven, with an eye on long-term growth as the business grows.

The role is full time, based at our Canning Vale office and factory.
