Junior Contract Administrator

This isn’t your typical Junior CA role.

Boston Built is a commercial builder developer, we’re building a team of ambitious people who want to grow, take ownership and be part of something bigger.

We’re looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator who is hungry to learn, driven to succeed and ready to make a long-term move with a company that genuinely invests in its people.

We’ve got a huge pipeline of projects secured through to 2030, with projects valued up to $150M across a diverse portfolio.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk doing the same thing every day.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Management and Project Teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle across both site and head office.

This is an opportunity for a Junior CA who wants to develop into a highly capable Contracts Administrator and future construction leader.

You’ll be involved in:

• Contract administration across projects up to $150M

• Subcontractor procurement and letting

• Variations, claims and progress payments

• Purchase orders and procurement

• Cost tracking and commercial reporting

• Contract correspondence and documentation

• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Senior Management

• Gaining exposure to the commercial and operational side of major construction projects

• Spending time across site and our Robina Head Office

Essential:

• Minimum 2+ years full-time Contracts Administration experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Construction industry experience

Advantageous:

• Experience with Procore

• Experience with Procure-Pro

• Exposure to commercial construction projects

Up to $150,000 + Super

But the salary is only part of the opportunity.

Robina Head Office | Site + Office

The role will be split between our Robina office and project sites, giving you the best of both worlds — commercial exposure in the office and real-world construction experience on site.
