We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader to be our Supervisor in Charge /Night Fill Manager in our Mareeba store. This role will be required to work late afternoon, into the evening.

You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. You may be required to work a rotational roster which includes evening and weekend work.

Experience:

• High level of personal integrity and accountability for performance

• Demonstrate a good level of customer service

• Previous supervisory experience and skills, preferred

• Understanding of merchandising techniques

• Understanding of how to monitor and control wastage

• Experience in stock rotation and stock management

• Understanding of WH&S and food safety requirements

• Able to communicate clearly and negotiate with people

• Basic level of computer skills

• Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies, fill in forms

Preferred

• Supermarket industry experience

• Food Safety Supervisor certificate
