Night-Time Supervisor - Café & Convenience | Pymble or Northwood

We're looking for a Night-Time Supervisor to lead our evening operations across our Northwood and Pymble locations. If you're someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working with people, and can confidently take ownership when others have gone home for the day, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two shifts are the same. One minute you're helping a customer, the next you're balancing tills, overseeing food safety procedures, or managing an unexpected delivery.

You'll be trusted to keep the site running smoothly, safely and professionally while delivering the outstanding customer experience Jack & Co is known for.

Available Positions:

• Full Time: 40 hours per week (preferred)

  • Base salary: $57,000 plus superannuation

  • Weekend penalties and applicable awards paid on top

• Casual: Minimum 24 hours per week (considered)

  • Jack & Co casual pay rates

  • Supervisor allowance paid on top

• Leading the evening shift and supporting team members

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Managing store closing procedures and site security

• Cash handling, cash drops and terminal balancing

• Completing nightly financial reconciliations

• Maintaining fuel safety and operational standards

• Overseeing café shutdown procedures

• Supporting food safety compliance and cleanliness standards

• Completing waste logging and cleaning schedules

• Responding calmly and confidently to operational challenges

• Ensuring the store is ready for the next day's trading

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things properly.

You'll ideally be:

• Calm under pressure during busy periods

• A strong communicator with a positive attitude

• Confident in handling cash and following procedures

Previous supervisory, retail, hospitality, café or service station experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Experience with food safety and café operations is a bonus, however full training will be provided.
