Interclean Group is an Australian owned family company with a friendly, dedicated team who work closely together to provide innovative cleaning products and management systems along with outstanding training and customer service. We're currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us grow our footprint across the health, aged care, and facilities management sectors.

The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, uncover new opportunities, and drive the sales cycle from first contact through to signed business, working closely with our Revenue team with offices based in either Mosman or Seven Hills NSW.

What You'll Do:

Business Development & Account Management:

●      Build relationships with key personnel across the health, aged care, and FM sectors.

●      Generate and follow up on sales leads, developing tailored solutions and proposals.

Sales Execution:

●      Arrange client meetings and product introduction demonstrations.

●      Attend industry events and track opportunities via CRM (HubSpot).

●      Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Who You Are:

●      Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development, ideally in health, aged care, or FM.

●      Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

●      Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

●      Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives working autonomously.

●      Current driver's licence.
