About the role

As a Business Development Manager for Commercial Cleaning at Australian Environmental Cleaning Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the commercial cleaning industry. This is a full-time position .

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning sector

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and convert prospective clients

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers

• Negotiating contract terms and securing new cleaning service agreements

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth potential

• Providing regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management based on KPIs

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in new business development, within the commercial cleaning industry

• Existing relationships within the Commercial cleaning industry

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients

• Thorough understanding of the commercial cleaning market and industry regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

• Understanding of Commercial cleaning methodology

• Able to display past business won and past targets achieved
