𝗞𝗕 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 is a growing Sydney-based commercial services business providing commercial cleaning and specialist kitchen exhaust cleaning services.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead new business acquisition and help grow our commercial client portfolio.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across Sydney, with a particular focus on:
• Hospitality and restaurant groups • Facilities and property management • Pubs, clubs and hotels • Commercial and industrial businesses • Multi-site organisations • Commercial cleaning contracts
You will manage the sales process from 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, working directly with the Director.

We are particularly interested in someone with:
Proven B2B business development experienceA demonstrated record of 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management or related services highly regardedExisting Sydney business networks highly regardedStrong prospecting, negotiation and closing skillsAbility to build relationships with owners, Operations Managers, Facilities Managers and procurement stakeholdersSelf-motivation and the ability to build a sales pipeline independently
𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿
Competitive base salary of $𝟴𝟬𝗞–$𝟵𝟱𝗞 + 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝗽𝗿𝗼 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮, depending on experience, plus 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
This is initially a 𝟯-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁, with a genuine opportunity to extend into an ongoing position based on performance and business growth.
You'll work directly with the Director and have the opportunity to play a significant role in the growth of KB Commercial Services.
