Full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator in our Surry Hills office (only 5 minute walk from Central Station).

Responsibilities:

• Check, prepare and email invoices and statements

• Complete subcontractor forms and statutory declarations

• Manage debt collection and assist with dispute resolution

• Assist the Credit Controller, including covering their tasks while they are on leave

• Attend weekly debtor meetings

• Enter approvals and remittances into the billing system

• Liaise with engineers regarding job approvals and client queries

• Provide switchboard relief from time to time

• Assist with ad hoc requests as required
  

Key Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Assertive and confident when speaking on the phone

• Ability to follow instructions

• Highly organised

• Strong attention to detail

• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Have experience in a similar position

• Capable of Multitasking

• MYOB experience will be highly regarded
