Current Opportunities

🌿 Lumio Early Learning (Boutique 58-place Centre)

We're looking for an outstanding Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about educational excellence and excited by the opportunity to help shape a Centre from the ground up.

Depending on your experience, this role may also include responsibilities as our Educational Leader and 2IC, providing genuine opportunities to influence curriculum, mentor educators and support the leadership of the centre.

🌿 Charlestown East Preschool

An exciting opportunity exists for a 2IC or Centre Director to lead our well-established Preschool.

Our current Director is transitioning into a leadership role within our growing organisation, creating an opportunity for someone who is ready to lead with confidence, humility and purpose.

You don't need decades of experience.

You do need strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a genuine passion for bringing out the best in people.

Essential Requirements

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification relevant to the position.

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

• Leadership experience will be highly regarded for Director, Educational Leader and 2IC responsibilities.
