What You Will DoThis role supports our Social Media & Creative Content Lead and is responsible for ensuring our online communities are engaged and growing as well as developing, scheduling, amplifying and analysing content. You’ll be working on a globally awarded brand that values social media, community and creativity, building our brand world online through written storytelling, creative ideation and community management. As the custodian of our social media channels, you’ll be managing our accounts day-to-day, driving and analysing performance, and keeping the wider team close to what is happening online.
.Grow and engage our online communities through daily community management of brand social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business and TripadvisorCraft compelling copy for social mediaAmplify organic social media content (Meta Ads Manager)Support management of paid social media campaignsMonitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise engagement and reach.Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, web, hospitality and customer service to support integrated campaigns.Manage digital touchpoints to ensure information is up to date and content is published correctlySupport content creation for social media channels (eg. live Instagram stories, briefing in design assets), working closely with the Social Media & Content Producer and Social Media & Creative Content Lead
