About the role
About the role
True Align is seeking qualified Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to provide services to NDIS participants across Melbourne on a contractor basis. This role is suited to clinicians who are confident working independently and want the flexibility to manage their own availability and caseload while being part of a professional and supportive provider. You will be responsible for managing the clinical aspects of your allocated participants, including assessments, therapy, goal development, progress reviews and NDIS reporting. You will work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other members of the participant's care team to ensure supports are practical, person-centred and aligned with the participant's NDIS goals.

About you
About us
True Align offers clinicians the opportunity to work independently without being disconnected from the broader participant care team. We provide referrals, administrative support and clear communication while allowing our contractors the professional autonomy to manage their clinical practice. This is an opportunity to build a flexible caseload within a growing NDIS provider and establish an ongoing contractor relationship as demand for allied health services continues to grow.
