Step into a dynamic role where you’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare resourcing across our operations. You’ll partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, shape sourcing strategies, and help secure the right talent to support essential services. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Healthcare) in the Talent Management Team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Conducting resourcing needs analysis and understanding workforce requirements.
• Partnering with leaders to provide thoughtful, customer-focused recruitment advice.
• Developing strategic sourcing plans and building strong talent pipelines.
• Creating engaging, brand-aligned advertising and attraction content.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with precision and efficiency.
• Sharing data-driven insights and recommendations using strong reporting capability.
