Accommodation and guest services manager

Join our locally owned accommodation businesses as an Accommodation & Guest Services Manager, working across Mannum Motel and River Shack Rentals.

This is a varied, hands-on role for an organised and proactive hospitality professional who enjoys working with people and being involved across different areas of the business. You’ll work alongside our Reception, Reservations, Housekeeping, Cleaning, Café and Maintenance teams to help coordinate day-to-day accommodation operations and deliver a consistently high standard of guest service.

The role includes managing larger, group and corporate bookings, supporting reservations and guest communications, responding to guest reviews, coordinating operational requirements and assisting with monitoring accommodation rates, occupancy and future demand.

You’ll work closely with our Owner Managers and liaise with 1834 Hotels, with the autonomy to take ownership of routine matters while having the support of an experienced management team.

Remuneration: $80,000 per annum for a full-time appointment. A pro-rata salary would apply where an agreed four-day or reduced-hours arrangement is negotiated.

Superannuation and applicable Award entitlements will be paid in addition.
