Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Take charge of our Geraldton warehouse operations as a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily activities, drive efficiency, and ensure a safe, high-performing environment. Reporting to the Planning and Inventory Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our warehousing and distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily schedules, coordinate storemen for accurate order dispatch and loading, and step in on the floor when peak activity demands
• Drive inventory accuracy through regular checks, discrepancy investigations, and minimise supply errors or damages
• Mentor, direct, and motivate warehouse staff, manage coverage, facilitate communication, and contribute to appraisals
• Champion a zero-harm OHS culture, oversee site visitor safety, manage forklift operations, ensure strict policy adherence, and maintain facility housekeeping
• Utilise ERP systems and digital tools to manage workflows, coordinate with transport partners, and oversee equipment maintenance

About you

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, operating forklift and logistics operations
• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety (OHS), and environmental compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with ERP systems and materials handling equipment (MHE)
• Valid High Risk Work Licence
