Dental Receptionist

Experienced Dental receptionist required for a Specialist Orthodontist practice in Baulkham Hill.

--2 Days a week (Monday & Wednesday)

--Immediate Start

This position is suitable for people looking for a long-term position and not suitable for students or those in transit to other jobs or studies.

Job requirements include:

• Must be Well spoken and fluent in English.
• Must have previous Medical or Dental reception experience
• Knowledge of Oasis is an advantage.
• Current CPR certificate
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Mature, diligent and a proactive attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and priorities.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Detail-orientated.

Key Responsibilities:

• As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork is essential
• Manage a large volume of calls which requires exceptional phone manner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle customer inquiries.
• Booking appointments
• Computer literacy.
• Billing and receipting patient accounts
• Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff
