🗂️ About The Role

As our Automotive Warranty Clerk, you’ll be the linchpin between the service department, technicians, and manufacturer reps. Your day will revolve around ensuring accurate warranty submissions, tracking claims, and keeping things compliant with both internal and factory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Include

Processing and submitting warranty claims promptly and accuratelyReviewing repair orders and technician notes for eligibilityTracking claim status and reconciling paymentsLiaising with manufacturer reps for audits and policy updatesSupporting the Service Manager with warranty-related reporting

👤 What You’ll Bring

Prior experience in a warranty, service admin, or automotive office roleFamiliarity with DMS systems (e.g. Pentana, ERA)Strong attention to detail and document accuracyProfessional, confident communicator (written and verbal)A proactive mindset with great time managementAutomotive dealership experience is highly desirable
