About the role

This role is suited to someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that first impressions matter. You will be responsible for maintaining immaculate common areas throughout a prestigious residential complex and delivering a consistently high standard of presentation every day. The expectation is not simply that areas are "clean". They must be presented to a premium standard.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain premium presentation standards across the property's common areas, including residential foyers and lobby areas

• Clean lift interiors and lift surrounds

• Maintain corridors and common walkways

• Clean glass, mirrors and stainless-steel surfaces

• Clean high-touch surfaces

• Maintain entry areas and presentation zones

• Clean common-area amenities

• Perform general spot cleaning throughout the property

• Vacuum, mop and provide detailed floor care

• Remove fingerprints, marks and presentation defects

• Maintain clean and organised cleaning equipment and storage areas

• Identify presentation or maintenance issues and report them promptly

• Complete regular detail cleaning to ensure the building maintains a consistently high-end appearance

About you

• Previous experience within luxury hotels, resorts, premium residential buildings or high-end hospitality

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong personal presentation

• Professional and respectful manner

• Confidence interacting with residents, building management and guests

• Strong communication skills

• Reliability and excellent punctuality

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the building

• Proactive approach rather than waiting to be told what needs attention

• Understanding of the importance of discretion, professionalism and customer service when working around residents
