Join the team at Ricardo's Trattoria, a popular and vibrant Italian restaurant in the heart of Albert Park, VIC 3206. We are seeking two full time positions for a Chef & Cook to join the team.
What you'll be doing
Experienced Chef/Cook with 5+ years experience in a commercial kitchen. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an advantage. Key responsibilities include:
preparing high-quality food, ensuring strict health and safety compliance.
cooking and plating food according to recipes, portion size and quality standards.
organizing workstations with necessary ingredients, cleaning, chopping, and preparing ingredients before service.
Ensuring food safety, consistency, and freshness in every dish served.
