Cook- Italian Cuisine

Cucina, an Italian Cafe at Crown Complex, offers an extensive menu of Paninis, Salads, Pasta, Grills and Pizza. We serve buffet and a-la-carte menus.

Role and Responsibilities:

We're looking for an energetic Cook who's able to produce high quality dishes, in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal applicant:

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Capable to work on their own and enjoy working as part of a team

· Have an eye for visual display

· Ensure all food safety and product specifications are met

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

Experience in Italian Cuisine is a must (Pizza and Pasta).

To be considered, you:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial cooking environment.
• Buffet experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must have excellent organisational skills.
• Must be punctual, and self-motivated.
• Must have full time work right in Australia

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: Day shifts, evening shifts and weekends

Responsible to: Head Chef

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 per annum plus superannuation, negotiable.

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Italian cuisine: 2 years (Preferred)
