Are you an experienced IT professional looking for flexible contract work with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider? We’re seeking an Onsite IT Contractor to support our clients across Melbourne.
This role is perfect for Uni Students, freelancers or independent contractors looking to supplement their workload with on-demand IT support work.
About the Role
As an Onsite IT Contractor, you’ll be the face of our MSP, delivering hands-on technical support at client sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Regular onsite client visits
*PC, printer, and physical device deployments
*Handling onsite service desk requests
What We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working directly with clients
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and hardware
✔ Must have business IT Support experience
✔ A valid driver’s license and a reliable car for travel to client sites
