Clinic Operations, Growth & Engagement Coordinator (Grads welcome to apply)

Berwick Podiatry Group is looking for a highly organised, switched-on and commercially minded person to support the operations and growth of our podiatry clinic.

This is not simply a reception role. We are looking for someone who can manage patient bookings and clinic flow, think strategically about business growth, build strong stakeholder relationships and help drive marketing and business development initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

A key part of the role will be developing and maintaining professional relationships with patients, families, referrers and external stakeholders.

You will be expected to communicate confidently and professionally, represent Berwick Podiatry Group positively and ensure relationships are followed up and maintained over time.

The right person will be someone who is:

• Highly organised – comfortable managing multiple priorities, diaries and ongoing tasks

• Detail-oriented – accurate while still understanding the bigger operational picture

Experience in healthcare, allied health, practice management, medical administration, marketing, business development or stakeholder engagement would be advantageous.

However, we are equally interested in candidates from other industries who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness, communication skills, initiative and the ability to manage a busy operation effectively.

A successful person in this role will do much more than answer phones and fill appointments.

They will understand how the clinic operates as a business.

They will proactively optimise practitioner diaries, coordinate home visits intelligently, improve patient flow, develop stakeholder relationships, support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to generate new referrals and grow the clinic.
