And now, we're looking for an incredible Clinic Coordinator to be a big part of what comes next.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, confident and highly organised Clinic Coordinator who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.

You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day performance of the clinic, managing our appointment books, supporting our therapists and helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently and achieves its targets.

You’ll work towards clear clinic utilisation and booking targets, with additional incentives for achieving them.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience both in person and over the phone

• Actively manage appointment books, waitlists and cancellations to maximise clinic utilisation

• Convert enquiries and leads into consultations and bookings

• Coordinate team rosters and approve timesheets

• Manage stocktake, ordering and reporting

• Support the team to keep the clinic running smoothly and achieving its targets

About You

You’re a passionate, organised action-taker who loves people and takes pride in getting things done.

You’ll:

• Be confident, warm and professional with clients

• Have excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Enjoy working towards targets and contributing to business growth

• Be proactive, solution-focused and comfortable taking ownership

• Ideally have experience in a beauty, skin or salon environment

Previous reception coordination, practice management or leadership experience would be highly regarded.
