Admissions Secretary

We are seeking multiple Admissions Secretaries to join our Patient Admissions team across the hospital.

About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and internal clients.
• Respond to patient and doctor enquiries.
• Manage administrative processes for patient admissions and discharges.
• Support a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

About You
You’ll be organised, professional, adaptable and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You’ll also have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage conflict and maintain positive working relationships.
• Medical terminology knowledge (desirable).
• Experience booking medical/surgical admissions and procedures (highly desirable).
