Geelong's Oldest Hotel the Petrel Hotel is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic chefs to join our team.

The ideal applicant must have:

·       Previous experience (minimum 2 years) working in high volume and fast paced venue.

·       Attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of food is produced consistently.

·       Grill experience required and confidence holding down a busy section

·       The capability of working with a team environment.

·       Must be available for day and night shifts
