Important position - Late start, Late finish - Commencing 21st September 2026

Required days

4 days during the week (Mon, Tue, Wed & Thurs) from 3:15pm to 9:15pm
Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30am

Our Company

We are a highly respected Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy based in Mount Lawley. We utilise a process driven approach which is applied across more than 1000+ locations across the world. We are currently looking to engage the services of a Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

The Opportunity

Your role will be responsible for a wider variety of tasks from reception, membership administration & management, new membership inquiries and general day-to-day management of the gym. You will work directly with the director and will manage the coordination of the instructors and students, stock, member attendance, uniform sales etc.. You will utilise our existing software to manage your ongoing tasks and responsibilities and will receive full training with each system / process. 

You

Customer service / Retail service experience essential.
Energetic, focused, organised, detail orientated, and results focused.
Reliable and customer service focused.
Excellent communication skills on the phone and with all ages (kids, parents etc)
Experience with POS systems and Cash Handling
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (not necessary to start but must be willing to get)
Working with Children's Check (essential)
Martial Arts experience - BJJ preferred (not necessary but definitely desirable)

The Rewards

Paid by hourly rate ($28-$35/hr) based on experience with super. You will also receive bonuses based on performance.
