Senior Chefs

The Royal Hotel & Willi’s Pizza Bar, a heritage icon in the heart of Perth CBD, are hiring a Senior Sous Chef & a Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team.

Senior Sous Chef:

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy pub environment, enjoys leading a team and takes pride in delivering consistently great food across high volume services.

Working closely with the head chef and kitchen leadership team, you'll play a key role in running the day-to-day kitchen operations. You will be responsible for:

• leading and supporting the kitchen team during service

• oversee day-to-day kitchen prep and ensuring efficient and hygienic work practices

• assist in setup and execution of functions and events

• maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen environment

• stepping up and taking ownership of the kitchen when required

We’re looking for someone who:

• has previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role

• Is confident leading a team in a high-volume environment

• has strong organisational and time management skills

• leads by example and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen

Pizza Chef

We're after someone who loves good food and knows their way around a pizza oven.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has previous experience in making pizzas in a high volume menu

• has experience in preparing and rolling dough

• someone who works well under pressure

• positive attitude and good communication

• reliable and organised
