The Role

This is more than a supervisory role; this is your chance to lead, influence, and grow.

Working closely with a Partner and Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role across our tax and advisory portfolio, supporting a diverse and dynamic client base.

 You will:

• Lead and inspire a team, driving performance and accountability
• Own client outcomes, ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently met
• Strengthen relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to clients Your role offers a powerful blend of technical expertise and team leadership, including:

•      Delivering high-quality tax compliance work

•      Preparing financial statements and reports (general & special purpose)

•      Identifying and advising on Div 7A, CGT, GST, and FBT matters

•      Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing team members’ work

•      Delegating strategically to maximise team efficiency and growth

•      Driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes

About You

•      Degree-qualified accountant with 4+ years’ experience in public practice

•      Supervisory experience (1+ years) highly regarded

•      CA/CPA qualified or progressing

•      Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and meet deadlines

•      Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

•      Strong time management, planning, and delegation skills

•      Exceptional attention to detail and technical tax knowledge

•      Confident, professional communicator who thrives in a team environment
