About The Role

As the first Clinical Manager to join our site, you will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the delivery of highquality, residentcentered care is the focus. You will play a key role in commissioning this home, supported by our national Operations, Quality, Recruitment, HR, Finance, IT and Support Services teams.

About You

Experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar role) in aged careStrong clinical knowledge and assessment skillsExperience leading, supervising and developing staffUnderstanding of funding, accreditation and care planningExcellent communication, leadership and problemsolvingStrong organisation, time management and tech confidenceA compassionate, residentfocused approachCurrent Police Check (within 12 months)RN qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration
