As a Youth Mentor within the Fusion program, you'll walk alongside young people aged 12 to 21, helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and create positive pathways toward their future. Through genuine relationships, mentoring, coaching, and practical support, you'll empower young people to overcome challenges, pursue their goals, and connect with opportunities that matter to them, recognise their potential, develop aspirations, and take meaningful steps towards achieving the future they want for themselves.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for supporting young people and a commitment to their empowerment and wellbeing. Below are the essential qualifications and attributes:
This position offers a competitive salary under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, with pay rates ranging from $40.49 to $46.70 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include salary packaging options and opportunities for professional development.
