About the Opportunity

As a Real Estate Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping grow our business while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence required for a successful career in residential real estate.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you'll learn how to build lasting client relationships, generate new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and business development

• Building and nurturing client relationships

• Database management and client follow-up

• Buyer enquiry management and follow-up

• Assisting with market research

• Supporting sales campaigns and client communication

• Learning our systems, processes and best practices

As your knowledge, confidence and experience grow, so will your responsibilities and opportunities within the business.
