Your new role

As a great first step into a long and rewarding career in the automotive/mechanical trade, your new role as Trades Assistant will see you supporting our Technicians in servicing vehicles and wheel aligning. You’ll work with and learn from some of the best in the trade, providing a rare opportunity to grow and develop whilst on the job.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing minor repairs, services and maintenance of vehicles
• Assisting technicians with tasks in the workshop
• Assisting with Wheel Aligning
• Learning on the job, providing a valuable environment to develop
• Supporting other duties around the workshop as required

About you

• Experience in a mechanical workshop and/or tyre shop environment is highly desirable
• Certificate II or III in Automotive is advantageous, but not essential
• A good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow process
• Possession of a current drivers licence is mandatory
