Service Coordinator

As the Service Administrator, you will be the glue that holds the team together. You will work closely with our management team, service technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure our service offering and customer satisfaction is optimised. This is office based role working 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

The Role:

• Manage service requests and routine maintenance
• Coordinate schedules for service technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving client inquiries and following up on quotations
• Keep detailed records of service activities, from job orders to inventory tracking, ensuring everything is up to date
• Understanding of parts required for services and assisting service technicians prepare for their jobs
• General administration duties
• Purchasing, quoting and ordering parts

• Proven experience in service coordination or a similar role in administration
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent worker who thrives in a team environment
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP/ServiceM8 is a bonus
