We are looking for an experienced Trust Accountant who has worked in the Strata Industry on a Full-time basis to join our team immediately on a permanent full time basis.

The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional communication and customer service skills and will continually ensure to maintain excellent service levels to both internal and external customers.

This position would be ideal for candidates who have a minimum of three years’ trust accounting experience in a strata company. Candidates with extensive accounting experience from other industries are also welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities:

Internal and external audit for assigned portfolio of strata schemes

Debt recovery on fortnightly basis for assigned portfolio

Investment account management for assigned portfolio

Financial Integration for newly onboarded schemes

Strike levies on monthly basis

Skills required:

Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Ideally at least 3 years’ trust accounting experience in a strata company

Excellent PC skills, ideally experience with Strata Master and Strata Connect software

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Attention to detail

Excellent customer service ethics

Organization, efficiency and Self-motivation

Professional and enthusiastic approach to work

Excellent administration skills

Ability to work under a lot of pressure
