About the opportunity
The IME Officer supports the Health & Recovery Division in the delivery of IME services that enable timely, high quality and consistent clinical advice to support claims and recovery decision making.
The role provides operational support for IME activities, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records and data, and supporting quality and compliance processes. The IME Officer works closely with the IME Coordinator, internal stakeholders, Insurance Agents and medical practitioners to drive the effective operation of the IME function in line with policy, legislation and governance requirements.

You are a customer focused professional with strong communication and relationship building skills, enabling you to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You take the time to understand business and customer needs, using your analytical and problem solving abilities to develop practical solutions and recommendations. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, you adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage competing demands and remain focused on delivering high quality outcomes. With strong organisational and time management skills, you can balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising service excellence.
