We’re looking for passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our opening team and help create something special from day one. Whether you’re an experienced Section Waiter, Waiter, Bartender or Runner, we’re looking for people who bring energy, warmth, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality.

About You

You’ll be a confident and naturally engaging hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll bring:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter or Section Waiter, ideally in a premium restaurant, hotel or members’ club

• A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality

• Warm, outgoing personality and excellent guest engagement skills

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a can-do attitude

• Ability to manage your section and deliver the full sequence of service

• A team-first mindset and willingness to go the extra mile

• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Current NSW RSA

• Full working rights in Australia
