Sales Associate - Investment

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Investment Team. In this role, you'll provide sales and support, helping the team deliver exceptional service to sales partners and clients, while contributing to successful sales outcomes. You will gain valuable exposure to investment property sales, B2B partner relationships, house & land and townhouse projects, prospecting and pipeline management.

In this role, you will also:

• Maintain stock lists for all Investment stock and update the investment portal.

• Maintain a consistent prospecting process to generate new opportunities.

• Communicate clearly and correctly with sales partners.

• Process EOIs and issue New Home Quotations through CRM.

• Track sales processes and provide detailed sales information when required.

• Supply information to internal departments and support the Administration team.

• Support the Sales Manager, GM of Sales and Senior Property Analyst as required.

• Update and maintain Salesforce and other programs.

• Correctly allocate house and land and townhouse stock.

• Maintain knowledge of referral partner processes, Salesforce and GeoSiting, while supporting contract workflow and packaging costings.

About You:

• Experience in the building industry, real estate, property investment, buyer’s agency, mortgage/finance, or another relevant property sales environment.

• Experience using CRM systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and investigative skills.

• The ability to work effectively within a team.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Construction Induction (White Card) (desirable).
