About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and committed Studio Manager to lead our Brisbane OPERATIONS team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining our creative, dynamic workplace. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and 5-star client experiences. 

• Lead, train, manage, and schedule  Assistants to maintain high performance standards. 

• Uphold all TPS policies, procedures, and OH&S requirements. 

• Manage studio stock, equipment, facilities, and creative sets in consultation with the Head of Creatives. 

• Monitor and report on team performance, supporting continuous learning and development. 

• Ensure effective file management and backup processes.  

• Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and effective relationships with suppliers. 

• Provide monthly operational reports against KPIs.  

About You 

We are looking for a passionate industry professional with: 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience and an established track record in a leadership role within the photo, creative, or related industry. 

• Proven management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a demanding environment. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, across all levels of an organisation. 

• Exceptional organisational capabilities, including focus on detail. 

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments  

• Creativity and awareness of current trends and pop culture. 

• Commitment to 5-star customer service and inclusive workplace values.
