Experience at a Michelin Star level or an establishment with similar high standards will be highly regarded. Excellent cooking skills, efficiency, attention to detail, a good sense of humour and capacity to contribute to a tight knit team are essential. Interest in produce and season driven cooking an advantage.

Daylesford is 80mins from Melbourne and offers an enviable lifestyle in a sought after location.

Staff accommodation is also available for people relocating to the area.
