Full Time Design Consultants & Store Manager | Kave

At Kave, we are the Mediterranean design brand from Barcelona, providing sustainable furniture and homewares for style-conscious homes worldwide. We’ve expanded our Fortitude Valley Store and are seeking new Design Consultants and a Store Manager to join our team.

It's an exciting time for Kave in Brisbane as we open our exclusive outdoor space, expanding on our current James St footprint.

It's an excellent opportunity for the new team to drive growth and performance, taking the store to a higher level.

Both positions are full-time, based in our James St store, one weekend day required.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:

• Build a collaborative and successful team culture in line with brand and company standards

• Sell design solutions and retail product to residential and trade industry clients.

• Consult with customers to develop unique design solutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

• Build industry relationships in the local design community through our Trade network. 

  
Other important requirements for this role:

• Demonstrated experience as a retail leader

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated experience in furniture sales, with KPI achievement

• Ability to work within a target driven environment

• Strong ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders and clients 

• Proactive positive attitude
