Solar & Battery Sales Consultant

Off The Grid Energy is looking for driven salespeople who want to be rewarded for performance.

We provide qualified appointments, a proven sales process and ongoing coaching. You bring the confidence, work ethic and ability to close.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No lead generation.

IMPORTANT: This is a 100% commission-only contractor position. There is no guaranteed salary or weekly income.

THE ROLE

You’ll attend in-home appointments throughout Melbourne, understand each homeowner’s needs, recommend the right solar or battery solution and confidently ask for the sale.

All consultants begin in Melbourne Metro before earning opportunities to join regional teams across New South Wales and South Australia, generally on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off roster.

For Melbourne appointments, you must have your own reliable vehicle. Flights, accommodation and work vehicles are provided for approved regional trips.

Solar, real estate, finance, automotive and home-improvement sales experience will be highly regarded.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Reliable vehicle for Melbourne appointments
• ABN or willingness to obtain one
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Afternoon, evening and occasional weekend availability

THIS ISN’T FOR EVERYONE

This is a challenging role. You’ll work hard, handle objections and hear “no.”
