Follio is a fast-growing property investment advisory, helping Australians build long-term wealth through strategic property portfolios. As we scale our brand and grow our content presence, we're looking for a talented, driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social channels and help bring the Follio brand to life online.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll be supported by a Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager with creating a social media strategy that you can bring to life, manage execution across multiple channels, and grow an engaged audience that connects with what we're building.

About the Role

You'll manage and grow social media presence across multiple Follio channels, including brand pages and the Follio property podcast.

You will work with our marketing team, who will provide strategic direction, research support and campaign briefs. From there, you'll take ownership of planning, creating and publishing content that drives real growth.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Creating, scheduling and publishing content across all social channels

• Producing and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok

• Developing content ideas and bringing creative concepts to life

• Researching competitors and identifying emerging trends and platform opportunities

• Writing compelling captions and copy that reflect each channel's voice

• Community management: engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs

• Social media reporting: tracking growth, engagement and performance metrics across all pages

• Supporting paid social content and boosting strategy in collaboration with the marketing team

• Contributing to content planning sessions and bringing fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 2–4 years' experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role (agency or in-house)

• Proven track record managing multiple social accounts with demonstrable audience growth

• Strong short-form video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript or similar)

• Excellent copywriting, you know how to write captions that stop the scroll and drive engagement

• Proficiency in understanding key metrics and reporting those back to the business

• Solid understanding of platform algorithms, formats and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

• Highly organised with strong time management across multiple channels and deadlines

• A self-starter who is creative, takes initiative and thrives with ownership of their work
  

Highly Regarded:

• Strong graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience managing personal brand or 'founder-led' social accounts

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social boosting

• Experience in finance, property, or a regulated industry

• A genuine interest in property investment and wealth building.
