Property Manager / Assistant to director

Location: Coorparoo, Brisbane
Position: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (You can choose to work one Saturday per month if you wish with Time Off In Lieu)

Ed Cassidy Property is a boutique real estate agency based in Coorparoo, specialising in residential sales and property management. As a small, growing business, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, genuine communication and a personalised experience for every client.

This is a varied role that combines property management with administration, sales support and general business operations.

Your property management portfolio will be approximately 65 quality properties within 10km of the Brisbane CBD, allowing you to provide a high level of service without managing an overwhelming portfolio.

You'll also assist with sales administration, marketing and other day-to-day tasks as the business continues to grow.

We have two casual team members who assist with routine inspections and leasing support, so this role is primarily office-based.

We have an accounts administration who is not an off sure administrator who assists with the property management administration, you will not be responsible for:

• Trust accounting

• Paying property bills and invoices

• Smoke alarm compliance management

This allows you to focus on providing outstanding service to our landlords and tenants while supporting the broader business.

• Has previous property management experience. The sales administration, marketing and other day-to-day tasks can easily be learnt.
