About You

You're the kind of person who instinctively "gets it" when it comes to creating an exceptional patient experience.

You've likely worked in a high-end medical, cosmetic, or boutique environment before — and you know how to juggle busy phones, client bookings, and front desk management with calm, grace, and warmth.

Discretion, empathy, and professionalism are in your DNA. You thrive in environments where attention to detail matters, and you take real pride in being the first smiling face patients see.

What You'll Be Doing

·         Managing all front desk reception duties

·         Handling inbound calls, emails, and patient enquiries

·         Following up enquiries via both phone and email

·         Scheduling appointments & surgical consults using Genie & GHL CRM

·         Liaising with patients with care and compassion

·         Working closely with Dr Guy Watts and our clinical team

·         Providing a seamless, personalised patient journey from start to finish

·         General administration and practice support duties

What You’ll Bring

·         Prior experience in a busy reception role (medical/cosmetic/health highly regarded)

·         Confidence working with appointment booking systems & technology

·         Outstanding phone manner & communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail & organisation

·         A warm, polished, professional presence

·         Discretion, empathy, and absolute patient confidentiality

·         Ability to hit the ground running — experience is essential

The Details

·         Full-time

·         Ideally commencing mid-Sept 2026

·         Located in our beautiful West Perth rooms

·         Office Hours Monday to Friday 8-6 pm (no weekends)

·         A Salary range of $30 - $40 per hour based on your knowledge, experience and skills
