Dental Front Office Coordinator – Be the warm welcome every patient deserves!

At Lifetime Dental Care, we’re looking for someone genuinely warm and engaging, who makes our patients instantly feel valued, comfortable, and confident they’ve come to the right place.

This isn’t your typical front-desk job—we need a proactive person who’ll own the role, is able to work closely with the practice manager and independently with confidence.

We’re looking for someone who thinks, “How can I help? How can I improve this for our patient?”

About the hours:

·         Full-time (4 days a week, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) 

We’re looking for someone that is committed, adaptable, and solution focused.

Who’s the right fit?

·         Have a naturally warm, friendly personality.

·         Enjoy working in fast paced environment both independently and proactively.

·         Understand dental procedures and can answer patient enquiries confidently.

·         Understand health fund rebates and can explain treatment plans and rebates to patients.

·         Proficient with Hicaps and Dental 4 Windows software.

·         Understand how dental labs operate and liaise with them regarding individual cases.

·         Can confidently triage patient enquiries.

·         Understands the importance of efficient scheduling.

·         Can work in calm manner whilst working under pressure and keep organised.

·         Are solutions-oriented—always looking to help.

·         Are a clear communicator who genuinely enjoys people.

*Reception experience in a dental environment is a requirement.
