Senior Service Advisor

We’re currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong automotive service experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting customer relationships and working as part of a high-performing team.

About the Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service

• Conduct driveway service check-ins with confidence and professionalism

• Prepare accurate estimates, handle telephone enquiries, and drive service sales

• Raise and manage repair orders efficiently and accurately

• Ensure clear communication of service timelines and follow up to meet deadlines

• Review and explain invoices and reports with confidence and professionalism

• Support, guide, and mentor junior Service Advisors as required

• Act as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and management

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor or a strong Service Advisor ready to step up

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage escalations confidently

• Strong customer relationship-building and sales capability

• Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Computer literate with experience using DMS systems

• Professional presentation and leadership presence

• NSW Driver’s Licence

• Positive, self-driven, and solutions-focused

• Cert III in Motor Mechanics (advantageous but not essential)
