Customer Care Team Member

Permanent Part-Time Receptionist I Lifeworks OT | Mount Lawley, WA 

Monday – Thursday | 30 hours per week

$30–$35 per hour + superannuation- remuneration commensurate with experience.

Lifeworks OT is a growing and welcoming Occupational Therapy practice based in Mount Lawley, and we’re looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy allied health environment, is highly organised, and genuinely enjoys helping people. 

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive and professional experience for clients, families and our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing reception and welcoming clients to the practice 
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails and enquiries 
• Managing appointments, cancellations and clinician diaries 
• Processing payments, invoicing and general administrative tasks (both private and NDIS clients) 
• Maintaining accurate client records 
• Liaising with clients, families, clinicians, support coordinators and other stakeholders 
• Supporting NDIS-related administration and processes 
• Managing referrals and client onboarding 
• General office administration and maintaining an organised reception environment 
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative requirements 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

• Friendly, professional and approachable 
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail 
• Confident communicating with clients, families and health professionals 
• Comfortable working in a busy allied health environment 
• Experienced with administration and reception 
• Familiar with NDIS processes and terminology 
• Ideally experienced within allied health, disability or healthcare 
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software 
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently 
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture 

Experience with a CRM or practice management system is highly desirable.Experience with

Zanda (formerly Power Diary) or similar allied health practice management software would be an advantage.
