We're looking for a Service Business Analyst to join our Service and Technical Training team and support the development of service operational programs and systems across our South Pacific network. This is a unique opportunity to combine your analytical capability, automotive industry knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to influence service performance across multiple countries and globally recognised brands.

As the Service Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in the development, implementation, and governance of Service Operation Codes and related business improvement initiatives. Working closely with Service Managers, Technical Trainers, IT providers, and regional stakeholders, you'll help create accurate, efficient, and consistent service processes that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction throughout the Toyota Tsusho Group.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the automotive industry supporting service operations and is looking to take the next step in their career. With a strong understanding of service department functions, you'll combine your industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and a passion for process improvement to help drive service operational excellence across the South Pacific.

Key aspects of the role

• Develop and maintain Service Operation Codes and related operational data structures to support consistent service processes across the TTSPH network.
• Partner with Service Operations teams and key stakeholders to deliver business improvement initiatives and support project outcomes.
• Analyse data and prepare reporting that provides insights into service performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate and support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements across service-related platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver operational and technology-based initiatives.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides to support consistent ways of working.
• Support audit activities, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives across service operations.
• Contribute to Dealer Management System (DMS) development projects and identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Regular travel throughout the South Pacific region as required. 

What you'll bring to the team

• Experience in an automotive service department role.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations, workshop processes, or dealership service environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data-driven projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong capability across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large volumes of data.
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), with Pentana DMS experience preferred.
• Strong project coordination skills and experience working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and locations.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, reports, or training materials.
• Training, coaching, or knowledge-sharing experience will be highly regarded.
• A proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset.
