About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Applications / Systems Administrator who wants to own and continuously improve this technology ecosystem. This is an opportunity to become the internal expert across our business applications, partnering with stakeholders across the firm to improve processes, strengthen governance, support our people and drive continuous improvement. If you enjoy solving problems, working with modern SaaS platforms and making technology simpler for users, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make an impact.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain a portfolio of business applications and SaaS platforms.Manage user onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning and licence allocation.Configure application settings, permissions and role-based access controls (RBAC).Investigate and resolve application issues while coordinating with software vendors.Support application governance, compliance and audit requirements.Monitor licence utilisation and identify optimisation opportunities.Assist with software upgrades, implementations, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain application documentation, procedures and support resources.Act as the primary point of contact for business application support and administration.

Qualifications
Essential ExperienceExperience as a Business Applications Administrator, Applications Administrator, Business Systems Administrator or similar.Experience managing multiple SaaS and business applications.Strong knowledge of user access management, permissions and software licensing.Proven application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience working with technology vendors and third-party providers.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
Highly RegardedExperience within professional services, accounting, financial services or advisory environments.Exposure to platforms such as Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, FYI, CyberArk, SuiteFiles, AuditDashboard or similar.Experience supporting software implementations, migrations and system improvement initiatives.Understanding of application governance, user access controls and licence management.
