We are currently seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join a well-established and highly regarded private practice in Ipswich, Brisbane.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to:

Provide high-quality assessment and intervention to clients across a range of presentationsDevelop a caseload based around your preferred client group — paediatric, adult or mixedWork collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, support coordinators and other healthcare professionalsDevelop individualised therapy plans and evidence-based interventionsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and reportsParticipate in case discussions and multidisciplinary collaborationBuild strong, meaningful relationships with clients and their familiesContribute to a positive and supportive private practice environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A recognised Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech PathologyCurrent Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership and/or eligibility for membershipRelevant Australian work rightsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for supporting clients to achieve their communication and swallowing goalsThe ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a teamA commitment to evidence-based and client-centred practiceA current driver's licence is desirable

Both experienced Speech Pathologists and clinicians early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
